Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:
1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be:Unused and in original conditionReturned with original packaging, tags, and invoiceNot damaged or altered by the customer
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products marked as non-returnable during sale/offers
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
4. Exchange Policy
