Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your item is delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was delivered within the last 14 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g., used skincare devices, mouth tapes, body-contact items)

  • Items on ultimate clearance/final sale

2. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please head over to our Contact Us Page immediately to report the issue.

To speed up the process, please include the following in your message:

  1. Your Order Number (e.g., #ZAV1001)

  2. A brief description of the issue. (Our team will respond to your form submission and request photos/videos of the defect if needed.)

Note: If the product is verified as defective or damaged upon arrival, we will ship a brand-new replacement to you immediately at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label without contacting us first.

  1. Fill out the return request form on our Contact Us Page with your order details and reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we will message you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the product arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
