1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Very Important)
Zavura is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, or customs duties).
If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties/taxes, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and trackable within 48 hours of dispatch.
You can track your order directly through our website tracking page or via global tracking services like 17track.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately.

Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged package as proof so we can process a reshipment or refund for you.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
